Our standard delivery cost is £5.95 for orders below £100. We offer free standard delivery on orders above £100.
We deliver the majority of our products within 2-3 working days. Delivery for bespoke and promotional products may vary depending on the product and quantities required. Our delivery dates are not guarenteed, however we endeavour to ensure that we deliver good within these timescales.
Our products are currently only available for delivery within mainland UK. If you require delivery outside mainland UK please contact us.
We offer a collection service from our factory in North West London, please contact us to arrange.
We encourage you to please check your order before signing for it. Please not that any claims on damaged or missing goods are void if they have been signed for without any written comments to condition being made at point of delivery. Any goods that have been signed for and marked as ‘Unchecked’ are not acceptable in case of a claim. We insist that you do not sign for goods that are damaged. Please request the courier to return the goods to us marked as 'damaged'.
